Product introduction

The KY-MU-13 series electro-optic intensity modulation unit is a 1310nm optical signal modulation instrument developed by our company ,it can work at 1310nm and integrates electro-optic intensity modulator, electric signal amplifier and corresponding bias point control circuit. The manual and automatic control mode can be selected for the bias point. In manual mode, the bias operating point of the electro-optic modulator is manually adjusted and displayed in real time in the display area. The electro-optic modulator and the electric amplifier work independently and can be used separately. In the automatic control mode, a bias point control circuit is integrated internally.Different working points can be selected on the front panel according to requirements. The LED display area displays the bias point lock status in real time, which can make the modulation performance of the electro-optic intensity modulator no longer affected by external environmental temperature, vibration and other factors, and work stably at QUAN +/-, NULL or PEAK points for a long time.

This product is mainly used in scientific research, high-speed optical fiber communication systems, microwave photonic links and other fields. It can also be used as a standard optical signal generator for experiment or optical active device testing.
